As of 1 February 2022 a valid corona passport is no longer needed to enter UCL's campusses. This also applies to face masks and other protective equipment.
The Danish Health Authorities no longer recommend test or isolation for people who are close contacts.
If you feel too sick to study, you must report to your study programme in accordance with applicable rules. Please find the guidelines for calling in sick for exams in the section “Exams”.
As of 1 February 2022 all COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted.
Are you infected with COVID-19 or do you have significant symptoms?
If you have tested positive for COVID-19 on your examination day or a few days before the exam and therefore cannot attend a physical exam, you must report sick as normal through the Study servicedesk with documentation for a positive test or a Doctor´s note.
The same applies, if you have significant symptoms of COVID—19 on the examination day or a few days before the exam. In such a case you must report sick and then upload your test result within 1 week or upload a Doctor´s note.

Please follow the guidelines from the Danish Health Authorities.
Generally speaking you may return to campus, when you are no longer in isolation.
If you are sick in connection with an exam, please read the guidelines for calling in sick under the section “Exams”.
You should always follow the guidelines of our place of intership.
If you should choose to go abroad to a country advised against, it is very important to make sure that you are covered by an insurance. You are strongly recommended to contact your insurance company for advice.

The Danish Parliament has agreed about increasing “fribeløb” (the amount of money students are allowed to earn besides SU) in 2022, for students working with covid-19 emergency preparedness.
A continuation of the agreement requires an amendment to the SU Act, which will be submitted during 2022. Students will have to apply for the increased “fribeløb” by 31 December 2023.
